Kelvin Spencer

Kelvin Spencer — better known online as Kelvin Codes — is a software engineer and entrepreneur who founded black.wiki Inc, a directory based company built around the Black community. He's also known for founding Techish Inc a media and community, making software engineering accessible, particularly to those who didn't come up through traditional computer science pipelines.

Through Techish, Kelvin is striving to build one of the most prominent Black tech communities, producing podcast content, events, and resources that speak directly to the experiences of Black professionals navigating the tech industry. The platform covers everything from breaking into the field to the cultural and workplace dynamics that mainstream tech media tends to ignore.

Beyond Techish, Kelvin is active as a content creator and mentor, sharing coding tutorials, career advice, and candid commentary on what it actually takes to build a career in software. His work sits at the intersection of technical education and cultural advocacy — making both more honest and more relevant.
