Each state requires voter-registration drive registration. Some require organizational sponsorship; others let individuals certify.

Black Voters Matter, ProGeorgia, BlackPAC, and the New Georgia Project all welcome local partners. They provide forms, training, and reporting tools.
Where to set up
Sunday morning church services. Saturday afternoon barbershops and salons. Black college campuses. HBCU homecomings.
The script
"Are you registered to vote at your current address?" If yes, ask if anyone in their household needs registering. If no, fill out the form together.
