Set a date
July 4th week or Labor Day weekend. Both align with school schedules and the federal holidays.
Budget per person
$75–$125 covers Friday meet-and-greet, Saturday family banquet, Sunday worship + brunch. T-shirts add $15–$25.
Recruit help
Assign committees: registration, food, kids' activities, T-shirts, transportation, finances. One family member can't do this alone.
